Kite & PwC for CoJ

Kite Capital has partnered with PricewaterhouseCoopers to align the City of Johannesburg's capital expenditure to the Joburg 2040: Growth and Development Strategy.

The initiative has been supported by the creation of the Strategic Portfolio and Programme Management Office (SPMO).

​

The rationale of the SPMO is to co-ordinate departments and manage spending in the City of Johannesburg to service the complexity and multiplicity of urban issues through the appropriate Capital Infrastructure projects.
